The modern kitchen is appointed with a great variety of almost all possible household articles. In the tropical garden there are two bistro tables for 8 people, a huge gas grill as well as a swimming pool. For sunbathing, sun loungers are provided. In the main building, there are 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeps and 2 bathrooms. A separate Cabana with integrated kitchen and bathroom provides space for 2 additional guests. The villa also has a double garage. The villa is located in a beautiful setting in the South West (salt water area), in the peaceful environment of an exclusive residential area.

The Villa „Coral“ was newly built a few years ago and is located very close to the ocean (Gulf of Mexico), the Caloosahatchee River, and the Yacht Club Cape Coral with its many activities.

The extremely large patio with a large pool is covered with an airy screen, and offers a view of the beautiful garden with many blooming plants, as well as a wooden dock with a boat lift. The canal right in front of the garden offers a variety of fish – waiting for the enthusiastic fisherman.
